PO Boxes

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
 

Do I need to sign for my package?

For any complete bikes, yes, you do. If you want your package delivered without a signature, tell us in the comments section at checkout with the statement “NO SIGNATURE.” We cannot responsible for stolen or lost packages when delivered without signature.

What does shipping cost?

We ship UPS Ground, and we charge exactly what UPS charges us. We have each bike measured by the size of the box.
 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently, all sales are for the US only.

 

Can I pick up my bike from the shop instead of shipping it?

YES! We’ll even give you a cup of coffee if you ask real nice.

 

Returns, Damages, Lost Package Policy

Domestic and International Orders Return Policy:
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call KONA USA or email us at service@konabikes.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on whether and to where returns should be shipped, and the amount of the refund. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited by PayPal in the same currency and exchange rate as your original tender. To ensure we credit you properly, please include your packing slip and complete the information, including your telephone number, so we may call you with any questions. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded for preference returns.

If your bike was damaged in shipping, 
Please allow three (3) weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, service@konabikes.com will send an email when your return has been received and processed.
